Transforming Diabetes Care, One Community at a Time
Bringing Diabetes Awareness and Care to Every Corner of Ghana.
At ProbiTrust Medics, we believe access to diabetes education and screening should never depend on where you live.
Our Mobile Diabetes Unit travels across Ghana — from cities to rural communities — providing free education, blood sugar checks, and access to affordable monitoring tools.
We’re on a mission to reduce preventable diabetes complications through awareness, early detection, and community empowerment. Together, we can build a healthier nation.
Why it Matters:
In Ghana, more than 80% of people living with diabetes including many young adults remain undiagnosed until serious complications arise.
At ProbiTrust Medics, we’re working to change that by reaching people before it’s too late. Through our Mobile Diabetes Unit, we bring prevention, education, and care directly to communities and schools — empowering both the youth and adults to take control of their health early.
We visit schools, churches, and communities to teach diabetes prevention and healthy living.
Our mobile unit offers free testing and early detection across Ghana.
We provide high-quality glucometers and strips at affordable prices to support home monitoring.

Voices from Our Community.

“This program is a blessing. Many of us in the community didn’t understand what diabetes really was. The Probitrust team came, explained everything, and gave us hope.”
